DUMP TRUCK(DJB) WAS BROUGHT INTO PIT WITH SEMI AND LOWBOY TRAILER. AS LOWBOY WAS BEING LOWERED SO TRUCK COULD BE UNLOADED, EMPLOYEE WAS STANDINGWITH FOOT UNDER TRAILER. LOWBOY LOWERED ONTO FOO T WHILE TRUCK WAS STILL LOADED. EMPLOYEE'S RIGHTFOOT WAS CRUSHED.
