THE #2 ENTRY AT THE HIGH WALL, FELL IN APPROX 5 1/2' TO 5'. BREAKING THE FIRST CROSS BAN INBY THE COMPANY. DUE TO THE EXCESS AMOUNT OF RAIN, FREEZING AND THAWING, THIS CAUSED THE HIGHWALL TO LOOSEN UP AND SLOUGH OFF.
