WHILE ADJUSTING JAW CRUSHER WRENCH SLIPPED OFF ADJUSTING NUT. HIS FINGER WAS PINCHED BETWEEN WRENCH & UNIT.
FROM GETTING IN AND OUT OF LOADER HIS LEG MUSCLES BEGAN TO TIGHTEN AND HIS KNEE BEGAN TO SWELL.
WHILE USING A TORQUE WRENCH TO ADJUST THE ENGINE ON A CONE CRUSHER HE FELT A SPASM IN HIS BACK.
WHILE PUTTING GASOLINE INTO THE PONY MOTOR OF A CRANE THE CAP CAME OFF SPILLING GASOLINE OVER THE EMPLOYEE AT ONE PM HE REPORTED THE ACCIDENT TO SUPERVIOSR WES DUNN AT THIS TIME THE SKIN AND B ECOME BURNED AND BLISTERED.
