Kalamazoo Materials Inc · Struck by falling object

EE hooked a chain to one side of a plate and the other end was connected to the excavator. The operator lifted the boom to flip the plate, EE pushed the plate with EE's hands causing slack in the chain, which slipped off the plate and landed on EE's feet.
