Superior Crushed Stone, LC. · Struck against stationary object

Miner using a 4-inch dewalt grinder placed his left hand on work piece causing left index finger to come in contact with gringing wheel. Resulting in a 1-inch laceration. Miner was taken to an urgent care center where he received.

Miner was exiting an EH 650 haul unit when a gust of wind caught the door causing the door to strike him in the back.
