Martin County Coal Corp · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee had been driving a ground rod and as he was catching his breath, he leaned on an old stacker belt assembly (the stacker assembly did not have any power source attached) and his hand moved the poly-belt attached between the motor and speed reducer resulting in his right ring finger being caught between the pulley and belt causing a fracture to the tip of his finger.

Employee was going to exit the cab of the end loader. As he opened the door, a gust of wind blew dust into his left eye. He was prescribed a medication.
