The employee attempted to place a guard back over a moving conveyor; although, policies in place at the plant require the conveyor to be stoppped. The guard bumped into the moving conveyor and bounced up into the employee's chin. His chin was lacerated, requiring several stiches.
Employee was climbing on a conveyer to reach a striker when he slipped and fell against a hopper.
