EMPLOYEE WAS OBSERVING THE FEEDER CONVEYOR BELT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FEEDER HOPPER,AS PREVIOUS JAMMING HAD OCCURED.THE EMPLOYEE WAS LOOKING THROUGH A DOORWAY ON THE TAIL PULLEY GUARD,SAW SOME MATERIALS NEAR THE BELT AND THEN TRIED TO BRUSH IT AWAY WITH HIS HAND,GOT CAUGHT AND HIS AHND AND ARM WAS PULLED UNDERNEATH BELT AND ROLLERS.POWER SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
