CPL EE WAS ABSENT MINDED & DISREGARDED INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW ELECTRICAL CONNNECTIONS SHOULD HAVE BEEN WIRED. EE, AFTER BEING SHOCKED, FELL BACK ON THE FLOOR & REINJURED A PREVIOUSLY INJUJRED RIGHT SHOULDER.

EMPLOYEE WAS OBSERVING THE FEEDER CONVEYOR BELT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FEEDER HOPPER,AS PREVIOUS JAMMING HAD OCCURED.THE EMPLOYEE WAS LOOKING THROUGH A DOORWAY ON THE TAIL PULLEY GUARD,SAW SOME MATERIALS NEAR THE BELT AND THEN TRIED TO BRUSH IT AWAY WITH HIS HAND,GOT CAUGHT AND HIS AHND AND ARM WAS PULLED UNDERNEATH BELT AND ROLLERS.POWER SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
