EE WAS STANDING 5' UP MOVING EQUIPMENT W/CHAINS. HE GRABBED A PIECE OF STEEL TO HOLD HIS BALANCE. THE WELDS ON THE STEEL BROKE CAUSING THE EE TO FALL TO THE GROUND. HE LANDED WITH ALL WEIGHT O N RIGHT FOOT. BROKE HEEL BONE IN 2 PLACES.
