EE WAS LIFTING ONE END OF A 5 FOOT BEAM TO REMOVE A LIFTING CHAIN WHEN HE FELT A BURNING SENSATION AND A PULL IN LEFT SHOULDER. AGGRAVATION INCREASED OVERNIGHT AND REPORTED AT START OF NEXT SHIFT.
