OPERATOR STALLED HIS DOZER HE THEN CLIMBED OUTSIDE ONTO TRACKS AND TRIED TO START DOZER BY CROSSING STARTER WITH A SCREWDRIVER. THE DOZZER STARTED RELEASING THE HYDROLIC BRAKING SYSTEM. THE OPERATOR HAD PUT BOTH THEH RIPPER AND BLADE ON THE GROUND BUT THE MACHINE DRIFTED BACK THROWING THE OEPRATOR TO THE GROUND.

EE STOPPED TO CHECK THE GOREMEN TRUPP WATER PUMP AT THE END OF THE DAY IT APPEARED THERE WAS NOT SUFFICIENT WATER IN THE PIT FOR THE PUMP TO RUN ALL NIGHT SO HE BEGAN TO SHUT DOWN AND DISCONNE CT IT. THE BOWL OF THE PUMP DID NOT FEEL HOT, SO HE SHUT THE PUMP OFF AND STARTED TO DISCONNECT THE DISCHARGE HOSE A RUSH OF AIR WAS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY WATER WHICH REENTERED THE PUMP, TU
