AT THE END OF HIS SHIFT THE EE WAS COMFRONTED ABOUT HIS TERMINATION. AFTER LEAVING THE PREMISIS HE CALLED BACK & SAID HE HAD HURT HIS BACK HELPING UNLOAD CASES OF LUBRICANT FROM A TRAILER. HE SAID HE HAD TOLD THE WITNESS HE HAD HURT HIS BACK. THE WITNESS INDICATED THE STATEMENT WAS MADE IN A JOKING MANNER PRIOR TO PICKING UP THE FIRSTBOX BUT NO COMPLAINTS DURING OR AFTER LIFTING
