8/6 Employee was repairing machine. EE was fine until they got home and felt a lot of pain in right eye. EE thinks a piece of dirt went into the eye. 8/8 they went to Urgent Care. They found something small in the eye. They scraped it and gave EE eyedrops. 8/18 eye was red and vision is fuzzy.
