Texas Concrete Sand and Gravel, Inc. · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

On May 10th at approximately 8:00 am, IE and another EE were doing maintenance on the hopper. While installing the rollers into the brackets in the hopper, IE's left ring finger was jammed down between the roller and the bracket.
