I.NAME WAS CLEANING A SMALLPIECE OF PIPE, IN A VISE, USING A SIDE GRINDER WITH A WIRE WHEEL ON TI. THE PIPE CAME OUT OF THE VISE, CUTTING HIS CHIN. IT TOOK 4 STITCHES TO CLOSE THE CUT. I.NAME WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL EMGR RM AND RETURNED TO WORK IN ABOUT 1 HOUR.
