EE WAS CLEANING THE PLANT WHEN HE STEPPED THROUGH A PIECE OF GRATING WHICH HAD BEEN MOVED TO ONE SIDE OF A SUMP AREA, CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE TO STRIKE HIS LEG AGAINST THE GRATING.
