THE WELD ONT HE LONG PIPE BROKE BY THE HOOK UP POIKNT CAUSING TH E CONNECTION END TO DROP ON THE SADDLE PIPE OF WHICH THE EMPLOYEE HAD HIS LEFT THUMB. THE PIPE WAS APPROX 3' OFF THE GROUND THE LENGTH OF ADJONING PIPE WAS APPROX 800' LONG.
