While opening valves the employee experienced symptoms of lightheadedness. Coworker assisted the employee to office first aid was provided. Condition did not improve and EMS was contacted. Transported to the hospital for evaluation. The miner was admitted to the hospital on 6/25/26 and discharged on 6/27/2026 with no restrictions.

EE raised a sight door on conveyor C10 while greasing the tail pulley to ensure the bearing was taking grease. The door was not secured open with the safety latch. While greasing a gust of wind blew the door down striking EE in the back of the head. EMS was called and employee was taken to hospital via plane due to risk of brain injury.

On August 5, 2025, at approximately 10:25 AM, an employee was adjusting the forks on an all-terrain forklift when their finger became pinched between the left fork and the frame. The incident resulted in a fracture to the employee's right middle finger. The employee subsequently returned to work on full duty.

On October 21, 2022 at approximately 6:15 pm EE broke their pinky finger. EE was trying to center the clamps on the Jersey barrier. EE got pinky in a pinch point that closed on EE's pinky finger. EE was then taken to the Hospital by EE's son where the doctor confirmed it was broken. EE was wearing PPE.
