EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING BESIDE HIS DUMP TRUCK WHILE BEING LOADED BY TRACKHOE LOADER. EE WAS OUT OF TRACKHOE OPERATOR'S VIEW. A CLOD OF SAND CLAY FELL FROM TRACKHOE BUCKET AND STRUCK EE ON THE HE AD. HE FELL TO THE GROUND AND HAD DIFFICULTY STANDING/WALKING. INSISTED HE WAS CAPABLE OF DRIVING. BACK WAS HURTING SO WAS TAKEN BY AMBULANCE TOMED. CENTER, RELEASED THAT AFTERNOON. READD.4-1
