Employee was stripping the outer insulation off of #6 gauge submersable electric wire (outer diameter 1-1/16") utilizing a razor knife. The knife blade slipped/skipped off the poly-vinyl insulation. Upon slipping off of the insulation, the knife blade came in contact with the inner left leg, approx 4" above the knee, causing a laceration.
