EMPLOYEE WAS RE1AIRING A CAT D-9 DOZER. HE WAS USING A HAMMER AND PUNCH TO DRIVE A BOLT OUT OFAN IDLER. THE HAMMER HIT THE PUNCH OFF CENTER, THE PUNCH FLEW UP AND HIT THE EMPLOYEE IN THE FOREH EAD. THE EMPLOY9E WENT TO KITTANNING HOSPITAL WHERE STITCHES WERE USED TO CLOSE THE LACERATION.
