T & C Quarries Inc · Struck against a moving object

EE STARTED THE TRUCK. THE LOAD OF GRANITE ON THE TRUCK SHIFTED, CAUSING THE TRUCK TO TIP OVER ON ITS SIDE. EE STRUCK HIS HEAD, BUT REMAINED CONSCIOUS. HE CLIMBED OUT AND WALKED UP TO THE OFFIC E. EMPLOYER MET HIM AT THE LOCAL ER FOR EXAM. THE TRUCK SUSTAINED MINIMAL DAMAGE.
