EE was tasked with removing a jammed rock from the jaw portion of a jaw crusher. EE was using a digging bar to accomplish this task. While prying on the bar, EE slipped and fell back onto the same level catwalk.

EE had stopped truck, set brakes and exited truck to talk to another ee. EE was standing on other ee steps when other ee truck started to roll backward, which pinned ee between the door of ee truck and other ee mirror. ee received bruising. Trucks were not damaged.
