IMPACT CRUSHER SLIPPED BELTS AND CAUGHTROCK IN AND AROUND ROTOR. THE CREW LOCKE DOUT AND TAGE DOUT CRUSHER OPENED THE IMPACTOR TO CLEAN UP ROCKS FROM AROUND THE ROTOR. EE CAUGHT FOOT BETWEEN THE ROTOR AND HOUSING CUT BOOT AND INJURED TOE.
