EMPLOYEE WAS SITTING IN HIS DRILL, DRILLING BESIDE THE HIGHWALL. WHILE DRILLING, A ROCK FELL FROM THE HIGHWALL, HITTIGN EMPLOYEE'S CAB AND PINNIG HIM INSIDE OF THE DIRLL. THIS RESULTED IN HE AD INJURIES (FRACTURED SKULL), AND LEG AND SHOULDER INJURIES.
EE WAS CUTTING ROPE ON WET HOLE BAGS WITH HIS POCKET KNIFE. THE KNIFE SLIPPED AND EE CUT HIS RIGHT HAND.
