MATERIAL WAS BEING PUSHED FROM A SHOT WITH A DOZER, OVER THE HIGHWALL. THE HIGWALL BROKE AND THE DOZER FELL APPROX 150 FT TO THE LOWER PIT. THIS RESULT IN FATAL INJURIES TO THE DOZER OPERATOR.
