EMPLOYEE WAS REPLACING JOURNALS ON MILL #2. A FORKLIFT WAS BEING USED TO REMOVE & REPLACE JOUNALS. THE EMPLOYEE DROPPED A TOOL INSIDE THE LOWER PART OF THE MILL. HE REACED DOWN TO PICK THE TOO L UP AND POSITIONED HIS HEAD UNDER THE FORKS OF THE FORKLIFT. WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO GET UP WITH THE TOOL, HIS HEAD WAS STRUCK WITHE FORKS CAUSING INJURY TO THE RIGHT BACK SIDE OF HIS HEAD.
