Miner was moving cable when EE slipped and fell resulting in pain to wrist. Miner was taken to hospital for x-ray, resulting in no broken bones or obvious tissue damage. Miner notified mine management on 09/20/16 that EE could not return to EE's next scheduled shift due to the injury, therefore initiating the requirements of 30cfr part 50 to file a 7000-1 form.
