ANOTHER EE WAS USING LOADER & CHAIN TO MOVE EQUIPMENT PARTS. INJURED WAS HOOKING CHAIN. THE CHAIN HUNG & HE PULLED THE CHAIN. WHEN THE SLACK CAME OUT, IT STRUCK HIM IN LEFT SIDE OF HIS FACE NE AR HIS EYE. HE WENT TO ER, THEY CLEANED & DRESSED CUT.

EE WAS REPAIRING A 6" DISCHARGE LINE WHEN A ROCK FELL FROM THE HIGH WALL STRIKING HIM ON THE RIGHT HIP. HE WENT TO DR. ESTABON, HE SAID HE HAD A BRUISED HIP, BUT NO BROKEN BONES.
