OPERATOR OF OFFSIDE EIMCO PINNER WAS NEAR THE REAR OF THE BOLTER ON THE OFFSIDE AS THE MACHINE WAS BEING MOVED BY THE OTHER OPERATOR. THE FIRST CUT OF THE LEFT BREAK WAS BEING BOLTED. A PIECE OF ROCK ABOUT 18" LONG X 10" WIDE X 1" THICK FELL FROM BETWEEN THE BOLTS STRIKING THE VICTIM ON THE BACK OF HIS LEFT HAND. HIS HAND WAS SCRATCHED AND BRUISED.
