INJ WAS WORKING AS LABORER AND WAS STANDING ON GROUND AND IN THE PROCESS OF HELPING TO PULL TIMBERS OUT OF A PILE A FRONT END LOADER WAS PULLING A TIMBER WITH A CHAIN THE TIMBER BEING PULLED CAUGHT THE BUCKET AND KICKED OUT HITTING THE INJURED IN THE BACK AND KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND THIS ACCIDENT WAS NOT DUE TO MINERS EFFICIENCY SKILLS AND TRAINING
