THE EUCLID DROVE INTO THE PATH OF THE APPROACHING TRAIN.THE DRIVER DROVE ACROSS THE INTERSECTION WHILE THE RAILROAD SIGNALS WERE FLASHING RINGING DRIVER SLOWED VEHICLE TO NEARSTOP THEN PROCEED ED CLAIMING TO HAVE SEEN THE FLASHING LIGHTS.THEN OBSERVED THE TRAIN IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO COLLISION.
