EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING SCRAP TIN FROM SITE AND PUTTING INTO DUMPSTER FOR HAULING AWAY. TIN SHIFTED BACK TOWARDS EMPLOYEE. HE GRASPED MATERIAL CAUSING LACERATION TO RING FINGER LEFT HAND. FINGE REQUIRED SIX STITCHES.
MAN WAS LYING FACE UP UNDER A FEEDER BREAKER TIGHTENING A BOLT, HIS WRENCH SLIPPED OFF THE BOLT AND HIT HIM IN THE MOUTH-BREAKING OFF HIS TWO FRONT TEETH.
