EMPLOYEE WAS USING PLANT MANLIFT TO DESCEND LADDER FROM 4TH TO 1ST FLOOR. LADDER GOT CAUGHT IN STRUCTURE FORCING EMPLOYEE TO JUMP APPROX. 10' TO 3RD FLOOR LEVEL. EMPLOYEE LANDED ON HIS FEET TH EN ROLLED OVER.

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING SCRAP TIN FROM SITE AND PUTTING INTO DUMPSTER FOR HAULING AWAY. TIN SHIFTED BACK TOWARDS EMPLOYEE. HE GRASPED MATERIAL CAUSING LACERATION TO RING FINGER LEFT HAND. FINGE REQUIRED SIX STITCHES.
