POWER WAS DE-ENERGIZE D ON THE MEDIUM VOLTAGE COLLECTOR RINGS. AFTER PUTTING THE COLLECTOR RINGS BACK, HE ENTERED INTOTHE COMPARTMENT THAT HELD THE ENERGIZED 7200 VOLT C RINGS & CAME IN CONTACT WITH ELECTRICITY.
