All indications point to massive heart attack. The Cat 745 truck veered more than 140 ft off of a flat roadway before going through a berm on a 4 ft ledge. Awaiting autopsy results. Employee was found unresponsive. Was determined MSHA jurisdiction on 05/22/24 MSHA investigators were on scene.
