Employee was operating a loader in the pit muck pile area and hit an ridge in the floor causing the loader to stop abruptly and jarring employee's back. Employee did not request medical attention at time of injury but the next day stated that it was not improving and would like to be seen by a doctor.
EMPLOYEE WAS LEAVING SHOP THROUGH SMALL ENTRANCE DOOR AT THE SAME TIME ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS OPENING LARGE SHOP DOOR TO TAKE LOADER OUT. WHEN OPENING LARGE DOOR IT GOES PAST SMALL ENTRANCE DOOR . EMPLOYEE GOT INDEX FINGER CUT OFF AT 1ST JOINT AND MIDDLE FINGER MASHED ON LEFT HAND.
