THREE MEN WERE ON THE RIGHT OF THE MOUNTAIN AT VP 5 MINE LOADING METAL (APPROX. 6' X 12') INTO A TANDEM DUMP TRUCK. WHILE PLACING THE LAST PIECE INTO THE TRUCK, THE METAL TURNED OVER KNOCKING HIM OFF THE TRUCK AND ONTO THE GROUND APPROX. 5 1/2' BELOW.
