Employee was performing housekeeping on a spill in an open tunnel when coworkers observed pale, heavy sweating and abnormal behavior within 15 to 20 minutes. Supervisor was notified and then EHS manager was called. Manager rushed the employee to the ER nearest to plant job site as employee was showing seizure like symptoms, the cause was determined to be dehydration.

Cutting towards the foot/body, the box cutter slipped and cut employee through EE's work boot and cut into inside part of EE's R foot. Seeked medical care and no stitches or restrictions.

While removing a coupling on a shaft of cement pump, miner used a jackhammer bit as punch. As he was striking the bit, a piece of metal sliver splintered off and struck victim in the arm. The doctors original diagnoses stated that nothing needed to be done, but later due to discomfort, the miner requested that the object be removed and the surgery was performed on July 30th.
