EMPLOYEE WAS LE7TING OFF THE AIR ON RR CAR BRAKE WHEN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE SLIPPED AND FELL FROM THE RR CAR LADDER LANDING ON THE INJURED EMPLOYEE'S BACK AND SHOULDERS.
