THE OPERATOR WAS IN THE PROCESS OF SHUTTING DOWN THE PLANT DURING A STORM AS HE ATTEMPTED TO MOVE THE LOADER TO THE PARKING AREA LIGHTNING STRUCK THE GROUND NEXT TO THE LOADER THE DRIVER WAS S ITTING ON THE LOADER AT THE TIME OF THE OCCURRENCE HOWEVER HE ALLEGED INJURY TO HIS ARM AS A RESULT OF THIS ACCIDENT
