EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HIS LEG "GAVE AWAY" AS HE WAS GETTING OFF LOADER. HE STUMBLED AND FELL. HE WAS X-RAYED AND WAS SHOWN TO HAVE SOME COMPRESSION FRACTURE ABOUT T10, ADDITIONAL WEDGING OF T 8, PERHAPS SOME AT T7.
