EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING UP HIS WORK AREA BY PLACING SOME SPARE WIRE BACK IN THE TRUCK WHEN HE FELT PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. HE IS FINE WITH NO PERMANENT DAMAGE AND NO LOST TIME. HE WAS TOLD TO LI FT NOTHING MORE THAN 20 LBS. FOR A WEEK. HIS INCIDENT IS ATTRIBUTED TO BEING STIFF IN THE JOINTS AND NOT TAKING HIS TIME TO ASK FOR HELP.
