OILER GOT OF SERVICE TRUCK WITHOUT CHOCKING WHEELS. TRUCK ROLLED AWAY. OILER CAUGHT TRUCK & GOT IN, HE DID NOT GAIN CONTROL BEFORE TRUCK HIT ROCK, FACES. NO WITTNESS. AFTER BEING TERMINATED OI LER CLAIMED MULTIPLE INJURY, BACK & LEGS. EMPLOYEE HAD EARLIER TOLD OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT HE WAS NOT INJURED.
