EMPLOYEE PSUHED THE OUTSIDE LEVER OFF THE 200 AMP BOX WHEN HE DID IT EXPLODED AND BURNED HIS RIGHT HAND.
EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING SUPPORT ARM LOOSE FROM CONVEYOR.HE DID NOT USE ANY SAFETY CHAINS OR BLOCKS TO SUPPORT IT. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ADVISED HIM NOT TO DO IT THAT WAY.

TAKING A BOLT OUT OF DOZER FINAL DRIVE AND IT FORCED THE AIR WRENCH DOWN ON HIS HAND. BRUSHED HIS HAND.
