EMPLOYEE WAS WATCHING CABLE IN TAKE-UP AS SLACK WAS BEING REMOVED FROM BELT. CABLE CAME OUT OF SHIV WHEEL, AS EMPLOYEE TRIED TO PUT IT BACK, GOTFINGER CAUGHT BETWEEN CABLE AND WHEEL AS SLACK WAS BEING TAKEN UP. INJURY REQUIRED SUTURES.
