While operating the scaling machine W/GS-2, jarring of the scaler cab had resulted in back strain/pain. The employee immediately reported this to his supervisor, requesting medical attention.

WHEN T HE PIECE FINSLLY CAME OUT SUDDENLY, THE SHARP END OF THE BAND CUT ACROSS HIS HAND WHERE THE THUMB MEETS THE HAND. REQUIRED 5 STITCHES.
