DRILL OPERATOR WAS DRILLING HOLE WITH A CORE DRILL. THREADS STRIPPED ONFITTING OF HIGH PRESSURE HOSE. SAFETY CHAIN BROKE. FITTING HIT OPERATOR ON HEAD AND KNOCKED HIM UNCONSCIOUS. OPERATOR WAS WEARING HARD HAT.
