EMPLOYEE WAS OPENING THE DOOR TO THE GENERATOR TRAILER THERE WAS A STRONG GUST OF WIND WHICH CAUGHT THE DOOR AND FORCED IT BACK INTO HIS FACE CAUSING CUTS ABOVE AND BELOW HIS LEFT EYE
