THE INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS REACHING UNDER THE FRAMEWORK OF A USI CRUSHER TO TURN ON THE FUEL VALVE WHEN HE SLIPPED ON THE SNOW/ ICE COVERING THE GROUND. EMPLOYEE SAW A DOCTOR 5 DAYS LATER DUE TO PERSISTENT DISCOMFORT.
