EE STATED HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO WORK THE TOGGLE PLATE ON CRUSHER THE FEEDER WAS TURNED OFF AND THE LOADER ANOPERATOR PALSTAKENLY DUMPED MOVE MATERIAL INTO FEEDER OVER FITTING IT AND A ROCK ROLL ED OVER THE FEEDER AND HIT HIM BREAKING BOTH HISLEGS.
